Our hope is to help you get the treatment you need as soon as possible. We offer virtual visits that can help you get access to care more quickly. It is totally optional. Here’s how it works:
- Fill out a short form.
- We’ll get you scheduled for a video visit with a provider.
- We’ll send your prescription to your local pharmacy.
Before you get started:
If you are having an emergency, you feel like you are in danger of hurting yourself or somebody else, please stop and call 911. If you are in severe withdrawal, or think you might require medical attention, please stop now and call 911. Withdrawal from alcohol or benzodiazepines like Xanax can be fatal if untreated.
This process can wait.
- Only continue if you have a safe and private place to complete the form.
- You can refuse to answer any of the questions, skip anything that doesn't make sense or is confusing, or just stop at any time for any reason.
- Your information is secure, encrypted, and HIPAA-compliant. It will not be shared with anyone except the people helping with your assessment and any treatment programs that are part of your recommendations.
